We move through your home together, room by room, the way a buyer would on a first showing. As we go, we assess each space honestly; what's working, what's getting in the way, and where small, targeted changes will make the biggest difference in how your home photographs and shows.
We look at furniture placement, flow, light, color, and the details that buyers notice even when they don't realize they're noticing them. Nothing is off the table. If something needs to go into storage, we'll say so. If a room just needs editing, we'll show you exactly what to pull.
