Empty rooms feel smaller in photos, echo on showings, and give buyers nothing to emotionally connect with. Home staging changes that. Whether your home is completely vacant or just needs the right rooms to shine, Merit + Pine brings a space to life so buyers can see exactly what they're falling in love with before they ever set foot inside.
Full Staging furnishes a home from the ground up -- furniture, art, lighting, textiles, and the finishing details that make a space feel like somewhere worth living.
Partial Staging takes a more targeted approach, bringing in select pieces from our inventory to elevate key rooms, add the right accessories, and build styled vignettes tailored to the buyer most likely to fall in love with your home.
How It Works
Once your home is under contract with us, we schedule a pre-staging walkthrough to assess the space, take measurements, and develop a room-by-room plan. We select pieces from our curated inventory that suit the architecture, the price point, and the buyer most likely to fall in love with it. Every decision is intentional -- from the scale of the sofa to the art above the fireplace to the way light moves through the room at the time of the photo shoot.
On install day our team transforms the home completely. Most installs are completed in a single day. We coordinate directly with your listing photographer so the home is at its absolute best when the camera arrives.
When the home goes under contract we return to collect our inventory -- a smooth, low-friction close to the process.

What We Stage
Every staging plan is customized, but we typically focus on the rooms that move buyers most -- living room, dining room, primary bedroom, and kitchen. Additional rooms are available and recommended for larger homes or higher price points where every detail counts. Partial Staging clients can choose to focus on one or two rooms where the impact will be greatest.
This service is the right choice if you:
Have a vacant or semi-vacant home that needs a complete presentation
Want to elevate one or two key rooms without full furnishing
Want listing photos that stop buyers mid-scroll
Are selling at a price point where presentation directly impacts offer quality
Understand that an unstaged home is harder to sell -- and want to do something about it
A note on pricing: Staging is priced based on square footage, number of rooms staged, and rental period. Pricing starts at $2,500 and is provided following your walkthrough. Use the inquiry button above to start the conversation.
