Same-Day Styling is a hands-on, in-person session where we come to the home and get it ready for photos. We use your existing furniture and decor. We’ll spend our time rearranging furniture, editing displays, styling vignettes - all in a single visit. It includes a written staging report with room-by-room notes and an optional shopping list. It's used by both homeowners and listing agents prepping for photo day.

Pricing is tiered by square footage: $350 up to 1,500 sq ft, $400 from 1,500 to 2,500 sq ft, and $450 over 2,500 sq ft.
